A woman is fighting for her life after authorities say she was stabbed by her boyfriend outside a north Harris County drug store.

It happened around 5:30pm at a CVS store on Terrace Oaks and FM 1960.

Authorities say the woman's boyfriend stabbed her four times in the chest, pushed her out of the car and drove off. 

"Initially she was able to speak on the scene, she was in and out of consciousness. She did give us a statement before leaving," said deputy Cedrick Collier with the Harris County Sheriff's Office.

The woman, whose name has not yet been released, was transported in critical condition to Memorial Hermann Hospital via LifeFlight. Detectives are not sure if she'll survive.

Firefighters are investigating a puddle containing an unknown chemical substance in south Houston, authorities said.

Callers reported a puddle containing an unknown chemical substance on the ground outside of a white building in 4700 Griggs around 4:38 p.m. Houston Fire Department spokesman Capt. Ruy Lozano said callers reported that the substance was causing eye irritation.

A HFD Hazmat is at the scene. No further information was immediately available.

It's not that I have anything against McDonalds. Aside from poisonous food and deceitful marketing I think they really have their shit together.  
There are 888,888 Houston area McDonalds locations and each one is uniquely grotesque if not from an aesthetic/health standpoint, then certainly from a sociopolitical standpoint.

After viewing this video I'd like to offer some unsolicited socially biased politically slanted speculation, but I won't.  Why would a man stab another man inside a sacred american trademark location? It boggles the mind...
